Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Emanay. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframe We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are the same across Pakistan. Delivery is PKR 250 on orders below PKR 5,000. Shipping is free on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment.
5. Delays Emanay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@emanay.pk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
