Return & Refund Policy

At Emanay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached, and the packaging must be undamaged and intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and will include the full order amount along with any shipping charges paid.

Please note that items that have been used, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for a return or refund.
